2 January 2018 Blog Corporate Yoga and Pilates
I am pleased to announce that I am now offering Corporate Yoga. meditation and Pilates classes. Please see the services tab for more information on pricing and styles offered.
I am also offering workshop on using yogic tools to help decrease stress, anxiety and depression in the workplace as well as workshops on how to use yoga for better sleep. I have conducted workshops on this when I was living in Canberra and received great feedback.
I think it’s important for all workplaces to offer such classes for the benefit of their staff to promote a healthy work life balance. It has proven to help increase productivity and engagement in the workplace, reduce the amount of unplanned leave staff take and staff turnover. As it will help decrease stress and anxiety in the workplace.
